the room was very clean and well-kept! the grounds are beautiful, with lots of greenery, and the staff made sure i had fresh towels every day. the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and i enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. Plus, i liked the multiple pools.

the gym equipment could use a little updating, the treadmills seemed a bit old.

The staff promptly took drink orders by the pool. They always ensured quick delivery. there was also a lifeguard always present, maintaining a secure swimming environment. this proactive approach gave me peace of mind during my relaxation.

my room included two separate sinks in the bathroom, really convenient! the rainfall shower was also amazing after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel offered complimentary toiletries, and the bed was super comfortable, too.

the breakfast buffet included many choices. fresh fruit and local specialties were available. the gym was well-equipped. the tennis court was also well-kept. balls, rackets, and water were offered to us.

the room was not initially prepared for our family. a guestbed was put in front of the terrace door. this made it a little difficult to pass through. the sofa was not comfortable to sleep on.

I had booked a one-day spa experience for my sister and fiancé. I was not allowed to meet them at the cafe, nor accompany them to our car parked on the street since we had no access.. surely not a 5 experience, and definitely a shameful behaviour from the reception and hotel manager.
